I would like some to just take over this unit $200.34 a month mortgage balance is yet to be determined , but should be around $10-11 k. Still waiting for Orange Lake to get back to me. This unit is at Orange Lake, unit 3816, never seen it, as I am a point owner, 133k. Hey guys, we are new timeshare owners here. I think we got hustled by the sales team. We are not resort goers but bought because we thought we'd get good value at holiday inn hotels elsewhere. After doing more and more research, it looks like this is not so much the case.

Does anyone have advice on how to make the most of this? It looks like I'll get chump change if I try to sell at this point. I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed right now.

Who owns at Desert Club?

Who owns at Desert Club? Anyone attend the annual meetings? I'd like to start attending. Is anyone aware of any discussions to use HICV points as the floating reservation system like South Beach and Smoky Mountain do? My understanding is that this could be voted on and approved by the owners. Seems like this would be relatively easy to pass given that it would dramatically increase resale value of Desert Club units.
