I am new to this forum.
I am new to this forum. I have a 2 bedroom , week #43 annual. MF are $963. I would like some to just take over this unit $200.34 a month mortgage balance is yet to be determined , but should be around $10-11 k. Still waiting for Orange Lake to get back to me. This unit is at Orange Lake, unit 3816, never seen it, as I am a point owner, 133k. Scott Kotrla Thanks Scott, not really what I wanted to here.. Any advice on just walking away from this and stop all payments. We are Canadian and I have checked that they can't hurt my credit here in Canada. Think that they have already got their monies worth..
ReplyDeleteI don't have any experience with international credit consequences - my worry would be that they have holiday inn hotels in Canada and could leverage that to impact Canadian credit report
