I have a Priceline credit card and use Priceline regularly. The Priceline credit card gives 2% cash back on all purchases, and a 10% bonus when you use the points for travel (making the card 2.2% cash back if you do enough travel). When you redeem points for Priceline Express Deals, you get 33% off (making it 3.3% cash back for Priceline purchases if you do enough of those). Then you also get 5% cash back for Priceline Express deal purchases. It's the best credit card on the planet.

If you ever use Orbitz, be on the lookout for a free Orbitz Platinum offer. Not sure what the criteria are, but I got a free offer while my wife didn't. Anyway, the program offers free TSA Precheck, which normally costs $85 for 5 years. The process was fast and painless - fill out a 5 minute online form, schedule an appointment, and then go to appointment for 5 minute fingerprinting. I did fingerprints on Wednesday and got my number on Sunday.

Does anybody have any recommendations for other points systems besides HICV with the following features that make HICV a really great fit for me?

1) Good availability for partial week stays outside of owned resort and season
2) Points membership through resale purchase
3) Many resort options
4) Reasonably priced low-maintenance resale units (using HICV as a baseline)
5) Online booking
6) Non-commercial rental of points reservations allowed

The only other system I have used extensively is Festiva/Escapes, which meets #2, #4, and #6 but fails on #1, #3, and #5, which is why I am looking to get out. Consequently, if anyone is interested, I have an annual and a biennial left, which allows for booking Hot Springs, Branson, and Orange Beach, as well as available reservations for Orange Beach in July and August.
