HICV exercised ROFR on 105K South Beach 1BR...I got it for very cheap, but this was Legacy Adventures and it took them 5 months, so maybe they are hiding behind ROFR to back out of a transaction - let's see if they can supply a copy of the ROFR response from HICV.
This unit has $5.87/1K maintenance, so it's a pretty low end unit. It was actually higher than my average maintenance - I only bought it because it was cheap and I'll buy pretty much anything that's below the levels I've listed.

Do you know the price point a 2bd L/O prime season @ South Beach (176,000) would pass ROFR? I have one for sale and trying to determine a price to sell
ReplyDeleteThat's tough to say, given the relatively few examples we have collectively seen. I think in each case I've heard of HICV exercising their ROFR, the sale price has been below $1,000.
ReplyDeleteI had a SB 150K go through in March for around $1000. From what I have seen, they seem to have started exercising ROFR right after that. If anyone has had anything from SB pass ROFR since then, let the group know.
