I have noticed that both the 1BR at Scottsdale and the 3BR at Cape Canaveral are never available for booking no...

I have noticed that both the 1BR at Scottsdale and the 3BR at Cape Canaveral are never available for booking no matter what time of year even though they are listed in the member guide. Has anyone successfully booked one of these units? Are they no longer available at all? Are there other units that are never bookable?

    One thought on the Cape Canaveral 3 bedroom units is that they are all lockout units that can be resold as a 1 bedroom and two bedroom rental. Ebay is pretty active with these unit rentals, so those that are left might be scarce.

    John Williammee Seems like at 10 months out there would be some limited availability - I did the flexible searches for 7 different 2-day periods on both properties.

    Interestingly, 1br Scottsdale are easily booked at retail rates through ihg.com. I cannot find 3 BR CCBR anywhere
