So how can you get the points without buying resale from Lake Geneva, Gatlinburg, and South Beach? I am already at 300K and would like to move up in points and status? I'm not excited to buy from HICV at 14-15 cents per point.
Carol Graham you have to buy something from hicv to get status..I would sell an hicv status package for $11 + $2k for 200k points at $5.5/1K maintenance, which includes money to hicv and would get you 500k level for status
As long as you buy at resale at a points-only resort, you will get all benefits of HICV membership except for HICV Status above 300K points.
