If an HICV owner with Elite status purchased additional point-only units on the resale market and then divested...

If an HICV owner with Elite status purchased additional point-only units on the resale market and then divested himself of the units he bought retail from Orange Lake do you supposed the Elite status would be maintained as long as he had sufficient points left?

    If it is like other systems, then the answer is you would lose your status. Resales are redlined and even if the system isn't coded to see it, it would likely be caught during a routine audit and/or if you every go to a sales meeting and the salesperson pulls your file.
