I'll contribute a few rumors about Cape Canaveral that I picked up at the last owner's meeting. They are planning to build two Signature buildings with a private pool between the pool building and the beachfront building. I was also told that they might at some point convert the existing top three floors of the Oceanfront building into Signature Units.

Did they mention how the change of oceanfront floors into signature units would affect the current owners of oceanfront building units? I believe this has happened at other resorts (conversion from regular to signature). What happens to the people that own those units already?
ReplyDeleteI asked that question about the Cape Canaveral beachfront units and all they said was that the owners would be compensated in some way. I'm thinking that getting Signature status and an upgraded room for the same MF's would be pretty fair! It is all very preliminary though, just like the wave pool we were supposed to get there 5 years ago.
