Purchasing a Silverleaf Holiday Hills 3 bedroom ambassador resale unit silver/white week 8.

Purchasing a Silverleaf Holiday Hills 3 bedroom ambassador resale unit silver/white week 8.  Does anyone knows how Holiday Inn Club Vacations is handling these resale units on the silverleaf side?  Is the in-house exchange available on resale units?
