"To convert these deeds to points will require a purchase through the resort...The Developers retail pricing is in excess of $160,000 but these are selling for $29,000 or best offer."
The listing fails to mention that the purchase through the resort to convert to points will be over $200K :)

Based on the listing I assume not.
ReplyDeleteHi, I am the person that posted this listing and it has been re-posted. Scott, I wish you had your facts correct before posting. All this information of my listing is correct and there is NOT a $200,000 conversion fee. This transaction will be done so through a escrow company to assure that the new buyer maintains the Elite Status and its points for the price listed. And if for any reason that does not happen...the buyer gets his/her money back. As for other perks, you are welcome to ask a question through my ebay updated posting. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteC Hall You state that the buyer has to buy through the developer to get points, which is correct. To convert 1M in fixed weeks to points requires a $200K purchase per HICV standard conversion policy as of April 2017. What facts do I have wrong?
