We have owned at Cape Canaveral Beach Resort for years but have found that we no longer have use for timeshare travel based on our travel preferences. What advice could you give for selling a 2br/2ba floating red annual unit worth 140K points? We paid off the loan years ago and still have the points available for 2017. Thanks for any advice!

Bigger unit and lock-off, but only biennial and no current use - free closing, so the $400 about covers closing. Fixed week lock-offs tend to do quite a bit better since they can be split.
