I have stayed on the 2BD-B, it shows as a Deluxe. The other standard. I liked that the bedrooms are separated from each other. 2BD-A have the rooms next to each other. The washer and drier are next to the the kitchen on B units. A units have them outside on the balcony. Not sure what else could be different.
