Ebay currently has a listing for a South Beach Studio 1br unit with 26k annual points with maintenance fees set at $473 which comes out to a little more than $18 per 1K points. Is this typical? If so, isn't that a terrible price to be paying for so few points?
This is typical for low season units. I would never buy anything with maintenance higher than $6-$7/1k points, and $5/1k is where I really want to be.
ReplyDeleteThe other side of the coin is you will have a very difficult time selling it when you want out. Sounds more like an anchor than a life raft.
