We have a two bedroom at Orange Lake Resort, (Unit 3205, week 18, 96,000 points annually).
We have a two bedroom at Orange Lake Resort, (Unit 3205, week 18, 96,000 points annually). 2017 maintenance fees and property taxes are $887.56. We want to sell to anyone who will cover the transfer fees/closing costs. Anyone know how much these fees are typically? Any advice for advertising and selling?
