Hi forum members,
A member of my family has purchased a Holiday Inn Vacation Club Membership. They would like to cancel their contract the form receipt after going over they only discuss cancellation to be sent to the address of the company and once the email is sent it is considered cancelled, but that is all that is stated. I want to make sure everything is properly followed with the rescission so they can't refute the claim. If anyone could give any insight on the process or if they have gone through it themselves I would great appreciate the help.

As long as you are within your 10 day period you should not experience a problem. They may keep $50 of what you paid for the "welcome kit" you received at the presentation.
ReplyDeleteMarco Shimazaki They kept my $50 and did not even tell me to return the welcome kit. Others on here were contacted and told to return the welcome kit, they received a full credit. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteWe have submitted notification via email and will send them a physical copy through certified mail in the morning.
+Tried calling multiple times kept being put on hold or automated machine.
