Hello! I am a new club owner. I might not have gotten a deal, but I think I am good with it. We bought a Piney Shore unit for 120,000 points for 0.15c/point with $790 maintenance fee ( I intend to finance my purchase with a low interest credit card). For me to get the value of the maintenance fee and membership fee, I think I have to use my timeshare at Signature places once a year, but I know the 120,000 points will not suffice. So I am looking to buy more points eventually. If I buy points, do I have to have another maintenance fee?

Does anybody here have both HICV points and fixed weeks? I'm looking for an example of how the website shows both club and non-club ownership when you log in and click on Account Overview or Reserve Your Vacation. I don't have any fixed weeks anymore, but I remember having to select between accounts when I did.

I wrote to HICV - concerning the timeshare that took a decade to transfer. The only response was - pay up. OH well. I enjoy my timeshare weeks and points too much to let a few Kilobucks stop me from using them.

I did ask about the possibility of enrolling the recently transferred timeshare into the HICV club - and amazingly they agreed. They sent paperwork that listed not only that new unit - but also the old one that is already enrolled. The big catch was that the enrollment is good for only three years.

Is there a way to tell whether a 2BR at Las Vegas is a lock off? I haven't seen any differences in descriptions of units except some are listed as 2BR Deluxe which is not in HICV information.

Husband, as sole and separate property
Wife, as sole and separate property
Wife and Husband, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship

How many different HICV accounts will be created? Does name order on the deed matter? Does order of deeds into HICV matter? In Escapes, I believe the account was based on the first name on a deed, which would put these into two different accounts (Husband and Husband first in one account and Wife and Wife first in second account).
