Riddle: A man leaves his hotel room to get ice - he is on the 12th floor and ice is on odd floors. Should he go up the stairs or down the stairs?

    Down stairs. Most buildings don't have 13th floor and go directly from 12th to 14th. So, walking up, he would likely to go two flights up to the 15th floor.

    Down a floor. Hotels do not have a 13th floor.
