Would like to purchase more points at a discounts. Also want to legally do that through the deed office at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Would like to deal with an owner that wants to sell points. Is this a possibility?
Yes, you can buy resale at certain properties (Lake Geneva, Smoky Mountain, South Beach) and get the points added to your current account. Typical process is purchase agreement to HICV to review for Right of First Refusal (ROFR), then filing deed with the county, and then sending recorded deed to HICV.
