Just bought a unit on eBay from Smokey Mountain Resort. 92,000 annual points. I'm new to the timeshare thing and this is my first one. What advice do you guys have?
Richard Royse it isn't closed yet but in the notes from the closing company it says they already received the ROFR waiver from the resort. So it looks like they didn't. Just waiting final confirmation now though. The new deed has already been created and sent to the county though so I would be shocked at this point if they exercised ROFR.

ReplyDeleteWade, did Orange Lake exercise their ROFR on your purchase? I bought a Gatlinburg unit on eBay in April and they did on mine.
