Deed Recording: 10-20 days
50% Payment
HICV Transfer: 10-20 days
HICV New Account Creation: 10-20 days

For a new account, the total timeframe is 6-14 weeks - most sellers will tell you 3-6 months because they are slow and/or don't know what they are doing :)
