I see a two bedroom at Desert Club.

I see a two bedroom at Desert Club. I am told the MF are $1126. Does that mean it is a signature club unit? If I take the deeded week would that indicate the float season?

    The maintenance fees do not vary between each float season. The unit could be season 1,2,3,4.

    I have a 2 bd at Desert Club and just paid MF in Jan. I have an annual float week and my MF were 654.24

    Heidi Christensen Signature or regular? All regular units I have ever seen are $608.
