My wife and I purchased two Holiday Inn timeshare and have ran into a financial situation where we can no longer afford it. Not sure how to sell back or even sell to another person or company. Times are tough for us and can no longer afford this luxury. Any advice is helpful?

    What resort? You are likely to get a small fraction of what you owe back. Your choice will likely be to pay them off and give them away or to stop paying and take a big hit to your credit.

    I'm not sure why they would bother to ding your credit. They just take it back in to inventory and sell it again. David, have you called HICV to see if they can help you in some way?
