Can anyone confirm Desert Club 2BR Signature maintenance?
Can anyone confirm Desert Club 2BR Signature maintenance? I've been on the lookout for one and the one I found has really high maintenance (~1.5x the points for ~2x the maintenance).
Bill J Not sure what a 2BR Deluxe is - it could be Signature, but I think Signature maintenance is over $1000 based on other responses I have received. Season 4 is the lowest point season that includes Dec/Jan.
Scott - the MF on a 2BR Deluxe unit I'm looking at is $640

ReplyDeleteThanks Scott. SMTN has tons of 2BR Deluxe units listed for various properties. I asked a rep if these were Sig and he didn't know.
