Question.

Question. Can two separate owners ( son in law, father in law ) of HICV purchase another separate deed together ?Purchase will be either on the secondary market or through orange lake.

And here is the tricky question. Father in law has status, i do not. Will me owing points with him jointly allow me to get status ?

  1. I believe the deed will be associated with only one hicv account, likely the first name on the deed. If he has status, you could potentially add him to all of your deeds to get them into his account, where you could take advantage of his status.
