Finally starting to see some progress on my HICV conversion - no Elite status yet, but one of the fixed weeks that was in progress is showing up as points before the conversion of the one I already owned.
2 additional fixed weeks that were in progress now showing up in my account, but as non-club ownership. That means they now have to convert 3 units from non-club to points as well as recognizing Elite status. What a mess!
FYI - I am on another website for holiday inn. And its looks like alot of members are losing any status they had today, they had status with resale purchases. Some members have had status for 5 years and now they have been reduced to member.
The 2 weeks that were in progress now show up as points, so all that is left is the fixed week that was already in my account when I made the purchase and status. Both of these items were actually in the contract, so I expect they'll get resolved eventually :(
I was most worried about the other units I was in the process of purchasing since this was just agreed via email and not actually in the contract.
