We have a 1 bedroom unit at South Beach Resort, Myrtle Beach SC.

We have a 1 bedroom unit at South Beach Resort, Myrtle Beach SC. Annual points are 105,000. We have had our timeshare for 5 years and only used it twice so really not worth the investment for us. Considering selling or possible renting.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Elisa Plot​ How much is maintenance? Maintenance over $5.5/1K is hard to give away, much less sell.

    Scott, maintenance is $87/month

    Elisa Plot that works out to $8.49/1k points per year, which will be very hard to get rid of.
