I am an owner at with HICV.

I am an owner at with HICV. I would like to rent out a week at Myrtle Beach that we will not use next year (already booked), has anyone used Redweek to rent out? Do you recommend it? If so any tips on the best way to approach this transaction? Are there other websites setup for this? Thanks.

    Thanks everyone for your input. I like the setup on Redweek with the third party escrow account. Does anyone have any experience with this?
    Also it seems best to have an additional agreement regarding renters responsibility for damages to the unit. Does anyone have a sample agreement they would be willing to share?
