Anyone else transfer their points to IHG Rewards Club?
Anyone else transfer their points to IHG Rewards Club? I did, and was very disapointed to see they did not count toward elite status. In the past they did.
MagicMedic I did a 100K HICV -> 80K IHG conversion in March 2015. In July of 2015, they rolled out Spire Elite status, and I already had enough points to qualify, so I got 25K bonus points. I haven't done a transfer since then, so it's possible they quit counting transfers towards status when they rolled out Spire Elite status, but I just got lucky because I had done a transfer earlier in the year.
Has anyone gotten status for an HICV -> IHG transfer since July 2015? If so, when?
Wow. I didn't realize that. That really would be good. When did that change?

Yes we got it last year wjich upgraded us to spire elite.
