Antonio asked me a question today about a special deal an owner worked out to pay reduced maintenance and not use the unit - anybody ever heard of such a thing?

    I looked back at the Galveston unit that I purchased and then returned in 2014 - it was a 2BR Standard WK12 - $834 maintenance for 211K annual points ($3.95/1K points)

    Yes, 1BR Standart with 110k. I will ask the agent to reconfirm. Is there a way to contact HICV to ask?

    I'm not aware of any way to find out maintenance other than current owner
