What kind of information does the site provide? I can get a log into it. I am just not sure why anyone would be interested.

Board of director and Management team names and profiles.
Owner's meeting minutes containing updates on resort operations, such as proposed improvements over the next year, and question and answer session minutes between the HOA and owners.
You can use this information as a gauge if you are looking to purchase a unit or even if you are looking to trade into that resort and would like to know what the units and/or grounds look like.
I am an owner at Lake Geneva and Ascutney Mountain - I don't really want to be the primary contact for those resorts, but I can be a backup and can cover them until someone else is found.
