I'm officially establishing a market for HICV points timeshares (Lake Geneva/Gatlinburg/South Beach resorts)!

HICV charges $300/1K annual points

I will sell Lake Geneva/Gatlinburg/South Beach timeshares for $20/1K annual points (including closing costs) and I will buy them for $10/1K annual points (including closing costs, assuming maintenance < $6/1K points).  I have 325K annual points currently available for sale!
