Called HICV this morning to check on points, and I was informed that it takes 6 weeks for points to show up on account AFTER the contract shows up on the account! Ugghhh! Purchased the unit on 3/31 and won't be able to book using those points until early July!
3/31 Paid for timeshare
4/30 Recorded deed mailed to Orange Lake
5/26 Orange Lake notified closing company of contract#
5/27 Contract/Preferred status showing up in account
Est 7/6 New Points showing up in account
The 2016 points are not a huge deal, but this unit was supposed to have some remaining 2015 points, so that's what I'm really interested in finding out about.
